By creating an account on unfuckurlife.com or using the unfuckurlife mobile app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use the app.
What unfuckurlife is
unfuckurlife is a habit and routine tracker. It helps you set habits, record whether you did them, and receive a morning and a night call written by an automated agent.
What unfuckurlife is not
unfuckurlife is not medical, psychological or professional advice. It is a self-improvement tool, and the agent that writes your calls and answers your chat is a language model that can be wrong. Nothing it says should be treated as a diagnosis, a treatment plan or a substitute for a qualified professional. If you are struggling with your mental or physical health, talk to a doctor. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services — unfuckurlife is not monitored and cannot help you.
Training, diet and sleep content in the app is general information, not a prescription. You are responsible for judging whether it is safe for you, and for stopping if it isn't.
Your account
You need an account to use unfuckurlife. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. You must be at least 13 years old.
Acceptable use
Don't use unfuckurlife to break the law, to harass anyone, to attack or probe the service, or to automate access in a way that degrades it for other people. We may suspend or delete an account that does.
Your content
Your habits, logs and messages are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only so far as running the app requires — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what that means in practice.
Availability
unfuckurlife is offered as it is, with no guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. Calls may not arrive. Features may change or disappear. We may suspend the service for maintenance without notice. Don't rely on unfuckurlife as your only alarm, reminder or record of anything that matters.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from your account page; deletion is immediate and permanent. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of unfuckurlife, or from anything the agent generates. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we change them materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use unfuckurlife after that means you accept the new version.
